This Ham and Cheese Panini (Schiacciate con Prosciutto Cotto e Formaggio) is equally satisfying as the other Paninis and should definitely be put on your “must try” list.  It tastes best when prepared with these delicious ingredients, but feel free to experiment with your own favorite deli selections.

Ingredients for Ham and Cheese Panini:

Directions for Ham and Cheese Panini:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Brush small amount of olive oil over top of dough.  Place in oven and bake about 30 minutes or until crust is nice and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and cool pizza crust before cutting.  Divide crust into quarters, slice open and place ham and provolone cheese inside.
  • Place back in oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Serves 4.
