<p>Ingredients for <strong>Parmigiano Risotto</strong>:</p>

<li>6 cups beef, vegetable, or chicken stock</li>
<li>6 tablespoons butter</li>
<li>1 small onion, finely chopped</li>
<li>2 cups Arborio or other medium-grain rice</li>
<li>3/4 cup white wine</li>
<li>1 cup grated parmigiano cheese</li>
